Funded by YOU

Thanks to our generous donors, including those who supported our Spring FUNDED BY YOU campaign, our programs and services continue to evolve and expand to meet the needs of the Mt. Washington Valley community. We are excited to share updates on our continued growth over the past six months.

Our purpose is more than books. We advocate for literacy while strengthening relationships through education, collaboration and connection. We offer a safe, welcoming space for all, diverse resources, creative programming and beneficial services for the community. From our beloved storytime for our youngest readers - to writer visits, art exhibits, film screenings and even live animal presentations - our mission continues to be a library where everyone feels welcome.

Discover updates on our exciting growth and progress on the back of this page. From small weekly groups to large special events, we are making great use of our beautiful space in the center of North Conway. We welcomed those enjoying a quiet space to work - to groups such as local nonprofits, HOA groups, players of canasta and mahjong and even acoustical jams. We have truly become the community hub our founders envisioned.

We hope to see you at the library soon. From browsing the collection and viewing local artists’ work to attending one of our many events or programs planned for this fall and winter, please remember that this is your library.

With appreciation,

Pope Memorial Library Board of Directors
